To open an individual or company account with Payset, simply click "Get Started" on the homepage and start the application.
Below, you'll find a full explanation of the account opening process at Payset.
How Long Does it Take?
The application process is very quick and easy. Using our new self-serve onboarding system, most accounts can be approved within 48 hours.
In rare cases, opening an account may take longer if we encounter challenges during KYC or AML verification.
You can greatly improve the speed of the onboarding process by providing any requested documentation as soon as possible.
How the Process Works:
You'll first be prompted to register using an email address or your Google or Apple account. Once registered, you can begin submitting your information.
Documents Required:
You will be asked to provide the following documents during the onboarding process:
For companies:
- Proof of address
- Bank statement
- Business incorporation documents
- Identity verification documents for the UBOs/Directors/Legal representatives (government-issued ID, power of attorney, selfie check using the iDenfy app)
For individuals:
- Government-issued ID
- Power of attorney
- Selfie check (we will provide you with a link during onboarding)
Once your details have been submitted, our compliance team may request additional documentation or information about the company and/or its representatives.
Our onboarding department will contact you once our verification process is complete to confirm your new account details.
If you need assistance along the way, please get in touch here.
