What if my company doesn’t have a website?

If your company does not have a website, don’t worry—this doesn’t automatically affect your ability to use a Payset account. 

However, what you need to do depends on whether you're still onboarding or already have an active account.

🔄 During the onboarding process

If your Payset account is not yet live and you're still in the application process:

  • Please return to your application form.
  • Check the box that says "I don't have a website."

Be sure to fill in the required explanation—let us know how your company operates and how you reach clients (e.g., through social media, referrals, platforms like Upwork, etc.).

✅ If your account is already live

If you already have a live Payset account and have received an email request from our team asking for your website:

You should respond to the email directly.

  • If you do have a website, share the link.
  • If you do not have a website, simply explain how you market your services and how you acquire new customers (e.g., word of mouth, B2B platforms, LinkedIn, etc.).
