If you are expecting funds from a counterparty, please note that transaction times depend on the payment network used:
- SWIFT payments can take between 1-5 business days
- SEPA payments can take between 1-2 business days
- FasterPayments transfers can take up to a few hours
- CHAPS can take up to one business day
- ACH can take between 1-3 business days
- BACS can take between 3-5 business days
- TARGET 2 payments can take between 1-3 business days
If the time mentioned above has passed, please let us know via the Help page in your account dashboard or submit a request, and we'll look into it for you.
Reasons for Transfer Delays and What to Do in Case of a Delay
Please be aware that due to regulatory requirements, Payset's compliance team may contact the sender to request supporting documents for certain transactions, which could lead to delays.
Additional delays may occur because of national or banking holidays, or if the account information provided is inaccurate.
