In most cases, receiving funds into your Payset account is free of charge, but not always.
There are certain situations where fees may apply to incoming payments.
These can depend on:
- Your account type or fee plan
- The country or region your account is linked to
- The industry your business operates in
- The payment method or route used (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT, local rails)
- The specific sub-account receiving the funds
To avoid any surprises, we strongly recommend you review your full pricing details, which you can find in your Payset account dashboard under Settings > Billing & Pricing.
If you’re unsure whether a fee applies or would like a personalised fee review, our support team is here to help — simply reach out here or via the Help page in your account dashboard.
