How do I set up a meeting with a Payset specialist?

Payset offers one-on-one consultations with our payment experts to anyone interested in learning more about our cross-border payment services.

To speak to one of our payment specialists do the following:

If you are not yet a client

Please contact support and we will gladly provide you with a link to set up a 15- or 30-minute meeting.

During your Payset one-on-one, we can explain our products and services, fee structures, the Payset account dashboard, and more, as well as discuss how Payset can help meet your unique payment needs. 

If you are already a client

1) Simply log in to your account dashboard and click Help in the left-side menu. Then click Schedule a Call.

2) You'll be prompted to select either a 15-minute or 30-minute meeting. 

3) Select the date and time of your preference then click Next

4) Enter your details and confirm the meeting by clicking Schedule Event.
