Yes, we can provide MT103 or UETR confirmations for eligible outgoing transactions made from your Payset account to another bank account.
These confirmations are only available under the following conditions:
✅ When can an MT103 or UETR be provided?
- The transaction was sent using SWIFT or Target2 payment rails.
- The transaction is outgoing (sent from your Payset account).
- You provide the transaction reference or details for the payment in question.
ℹ️ A £25 fee applies for each MT103 or UETR document requested.
❌ When are MT103 or UETR confirmations not available?
- If the transaction was made using local payment networks (e.g. Faster Payments, SEPA Instant, etc.).
- If it’s an incoming transfer (to your Payset account). In this case, please contact the sender or their bank for confirmation.
- If the transfer was not processed via SWIFT or Target2.
