If there’s a feature you’d like to see on Payset that isn’t currently available, you can submit a feature request directly from within your Payset account.
(Located in the bottom left of your account):
Submitting requests this way allows us to:
- Collect requests in an organized manner
- Measure demand across our client base
- Properly evaluate and prioritize features for our product roadmap
Why can’t I request features by email or chat?
While we’re always happy to answer questions by email or chat, feature requests submitted outside the platform cannot be tracked or prioritized effectively. Requests made from within your account go straight to our product team for review.
What happens after I submit a request?
All feature requests are reviewed by our product team. While we can’t guarantee timelines or implementation, client demand plays an important role in shaping future releases. Once a feature becomes available, we’ll communicate it to our clients.
If you need help submitting a feature request or have questions about existing functionality, our support team is here to help.
