You can request that your account be closed at any time, by contacting us here or via the Help page in your account dashboard.
If you have outstanding fees
Please be aware that if your Payset account has outstanding fees such as monthly charges, dormant account fees, or others, they must be paid before we can close the account.
If you have a balance remaining
If you have funds remaining in the account, we will provide 14 days' notice for you to withdraw them unless legal restrictions prevent the transfer.
Your balance must be transferred to another bank account in your company’s name (or the account holder's name if it is an individual account).
*If your company does not have another account, you may transfer the balance to the UBO's bank account.
Kindly ensure the transfer is completed within 2 weeks.
You will continue to have access to your account to view or download your full payment history until you receive the formal “Termination Letter.“
