How to Assign Unique Roles to Users in Your Payset Account
We’re excited to introduce a new feature that gives you more control and flexibility when managing access to your Payset account.
You can now assign one of two user roles to members:
🔍 View Only
This role allows a user to:
- View transaction history
- View account details
- Download account statements
Users with this role cannot make payments, exchanges, or manage users and permissions.
✅ Full Access
This role allows a user to:
- Execute payments
- Execute currency exchanges
- Add or remove members
- Manage user permissions
⚙️ How to Assign Roles
Roles can be assigned from your Payset dashboard by navigating to: Settings > Members.
When inviting a new member or editing an existing one, you can assign the desired access level: View Only or Full Access.
Only users with Full Access can manage user permissions, including assigning or changing roles.
You can update roles at any time based on your business needs.
If you need help or have questions, feel free to reach out to our support team — we're happy to assist!
