Changing your email address

To change the email address linked to your Payset account, please contact our support team. You can reach us via the Help page in your Payset dashboard or submit a request here.
Our team will guide you through the verification steps required to update your email address securely.

Changing your phone number

If you still have access to your account, you can update your phone number directly from the account settings.

Steps to update your phone number:

  1. Log in to your Payset account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Phone Number
  4. Enter your new phone number
  5. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the new number
  6. Enter the OTP to verify the new number

Once verified, the phone number will be updated, and you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

⚠️ If the OTP verification fails, the phone number will remain unchanged.
