Why am I receiving the message "Something went wrong"

This is a 404 error message that can occur for a few reasons. 

If you are already logged in:

If you are already logged in to your Payset account, first try to click back in your browser and try again. If that doesn't work, contact support here or via the Help page in your user dashboard. 

If you cannot log in:

Scenario one: You try to log in with Google instead of a username and password and receive a "something went wrong" notification.

Solution: Log in using the username and password that you created in the onboarding stage. If you do not remember the password, you can reset it using the instructions here.

Scenario two: You try to log in with your username and password instead of Google and receive a "something went wrong" notification.

Solution: Log in via Google by clicking the Google logo below the "Forgot Password" link:

Scenario three: You try to reset the password for an account that does not exist (by clicking on "forgot password," and entering an email address that is not associated with a Payset account). In this scenario, you will see the "something went wrong" notification when you click "send code."

Solution: Ensure you have entered the correct email address and try again.
