If you’re not receiving the 6-digit code via SMS when attempting to log in or verify your account, please consider the following possible reasons:
1. The phone may be turned off
Make sure your device is powered on and able to receive messages.
2. Poor mobile signal
If your phone has a low or inconsistent signal, the message may be delayed and expire before it’s delivered. The verification code is only valid for 1 minute, so ensure you have a strong and stable network connection.
3. Security lock on your number
If there have been too many failed attempts by our system, your number may be temporarily blocked for security reasons. In this case, please get in touch with one of our support agents for assistance.
If you’ve confirmed that your phone is turned on and has a good signal, and you’re still not receiving the code, we recommend contacting our support team. We're here to help!
