If the Payset login page isn't working properly, the issue is often due to a browser cache or cookie error. Clearing them (for the last 24 hours) usually fixes the problem.
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots (top right) > Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear browsing data.
- Set the time range to Last 24 hours.
- Select Cookies and other site data + Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data and restart your browser.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu (☰) > Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Choose Cookies and Site Data + Cached Web Content, then confirm.
- Restart your browser.
Safari (macOS)
- Go to Safari > Settings (Preferences) > Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data > Remove All > Remove Now.
- Restart Safari.
