When checking your transaction status in your Payset account, you may see a status listed as Pending or Rejected.
Here's what each status means:
🟡 Pending
If a transaction is marked as Pending, it typically means one of the following:
- The transaction is being reviewed by our Compliance department as part of standard verification procedures.
- The transaction has already been sent to our banking partner and is currently being processed. In this case, it should be completed and received soon.
Pending transactions usually resolve without any action required on your part, but if it remains pending for an extended time, feel free to reach out to us.
🔴 Rejected
If a transaction is Rejected, this can happen for various reasons, such as:
- Unsupported transaction flows
- Missing or incorrect documentation
- Restricted destination or currency
- Other compliance-related concerns
✅ To find the exact reason, please check your email inbox. A transaction notification is always sent explaining why the transaction was rejected.
