Why was my transaction rejected?

  • Transfers originating from a non-accepted cryptocurrency exchange platform
  • Transfers that are not permitted under our compliance or regulatory policies
  • Missing or insufficient supporting documentation, or documents that do not meet the required criteria
  • Transfers involving countries that are not among our permitted jurisdictions

Each transaction is reviewed carefully to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
