We understand that having a transaction rejected can be frustrating, and we're here to help clarify why this may have happened.
In general, transactions may be rejected for one or more of the following reasons:
- Transfers originating from a non-accepted cryptocurrency exchange platform
- Transfers that are not permitted under our compliance or regulatory policies
- Missing or insufficient supporting documentation, or documents that do not meet the required criteria
- Transfers involving countries that are not among our permitted jurisdictions
Each transaction is reviewed carefully to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
If your transaction was rejected and you're unsure why, or you believe all provided information was in order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team via the Help section in your Payset dashboard or submit a support request here.
