By default, Payset routes payments via local (domestic) payment networks whenever possible. In most cases, no action is required from you.
For instance, all our EUR and GBP accounts support local payment networks. EUR transfers to the EU or EEA payment zones are routed locally via the SEPA, SEPA Instant, or Target2 networks. GBP transfers to the UK are routed locally via FasterPayments, BACS, or CHAPS networks.
Other currencies are automatically routed locally where possible.
For some transfers, as is the case with USD payments to the United States, both international and local payment networks are available.
If a local payment option is available, you will be prompted to select it and enter the required details as shown in the image below:
