The name that appears on a transfer sent from your Payset account depends on the type of account you’ve been allocated and the payment route used.
🏦 Dedicated vs. Aggregated Accounts
- Dedicated account: If you’ve been allocated a dedicated IBAN or account number, the transfer will display your company’s (or personal) name to the recipient.
- Aggregated account: If your transfers are routed through an aggregated account, the Payset name will appear as the sender on the recipient’s statement.
This varies depending on your account structure, currency, and the payment network used (such as SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, etc.).
🔍 How do I know which type I’ll get?
Your account type—dedicated or aggregated—is determined based on the information you provide during onboarding.
✅ To determine what setup you’ll receive, please complete the onboarding application in full. Once reviewed, we’ll allocate the appropriate account type based on your profile and use case.
If you already have an account and are unsure of your setup, or wish to request a dedicated account in a specific currency, feel free to contact our support team here or via chat.
