If you are expecting an incoming payment and would like to inform us in advance or provide supporting documents, you can do so at any time.
What happens when you contact us?
Once you share the details of your upcoming transaction:
- We will forward the information and any documents provided to our Compliance team
- The Compliance team may review the details in advance, where applicable
- This can help facilitate the review process once the funds are received
What should you include?
To help us process your request efficiently, please provide:
- Expected amount and currency
- Sender details (name and, if available, account information)
- Purpose of the transaction
- Any supporting documents (e.g., invoices, contracts, agreements)
What happens next?
- Once the funds are received, they will go through our standard verification process
- You will be notified as soon as the payment is credited to your account
- If additional information is required, our team will contact you
Important to know
Providing information in advance does not guarantee automatic approval or faster processing, but it can help avoid delays if all required details are already available.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help.
