If you see the error “Duplicate Request Detected” when trying to confirm a transaction, there’s no issue with your account or the payment itself.
Why this happens
This message usually appears when two transaction requests are submitted very close together (for example, tapping the confirm button multiple times or submitting a new transaction immediately after the previous one).
For security reasons, the system detects this as a potential duplicate request and temporarily blocks it.
How to fix it
- Wait a few seconds
- Start the transaction again
- Enter a new 6-digit code from your authenticator app when prompted
In most cases, the transaction will go through successfully on the next attempt.
If the issue persists
- Make sure you are submitting only one transaction at a time
- Avoid refreshing or repeating the action too quickly
- Contact Payset Support if the error continues after several minutes
