If you spoke with a Payset specialist, your pricing will be set out in a proposal PDF. You will receive it by email and sign it electronically. It will arrive already signed by Payset; you only need to sign the acceptance block.
What the proposal shows
- Your plan and monthly fee. The plan is based on the monthly volume you confirmed on the call.
- Your transaction and FX fees, per payment type.
- Setup costs: your application fee, a complex-structure fee if applicable, and your advance monthly fees.
- Other account fees, such as closure, SWIFT confirmation, and returned payments.
- The date the proposal is valid until. After that, ask us for an updated one.
Terms to know before you sign
- Minimum and maximum fees per payment are confirmed only after our compliance review and depend on your risk score.
- Your risk score is set at onboarding and reviewed over time. If it changes, the minimum and maximum fees that apply to you may change.
- The information you gave us. The proposal is based on your application: your expected volumes, payment types, currencies, and countries. If your activity turns out materially different, we may review your plan and pricing.
- The application fee is non-refundable.
Signing
Open the email, review the PDF, and sign. You can download a copy at any time from the link in your email. Once you've signed, we email you a link to complete onboarding on the Payset platform.
