Before you get full access to your account, you will be asked to pay an opening payment. We will email you an invoice for it, and it is VAT-exempt.
What it includes
- Application fee: €480 for companies registered in the UK or EU, €960 for companies registered elsewhere. Non-refundable.
- Complex structure fee: €480 more, only if your group or ownership structure needs extra review.
- Advance monthly fees: your first three months of monthly fees, paid up front. Regular monthly billing starts in month four.
Examples
| Company | Plan | Application fee | Advance fees | Total |
| UK or EU | Business (€100/mo) | €480 | €300 | €780 |
| UK or EU | Scale (€300/mo) | €480 | €900 | €1,380 |
| Outside UK and EU | Scale (€300/mo) | €960 | €900 | €1,860 |
If your proposal included a different monthly fee, the advance fees will use that fee.
How to pay
- Open the bill attached to our email.
- Make the payment to the account listed in its "How to pay" section, or into your own Payset account if it's already set up.
- Use your bill number as the payment reference, so we can match it.
After you pay. We check for payments once a day. When the full amount has arrived, we will email your invoice and open your account. (Any small bank charges deducted on the way will not be an issue.)
Paid but nothing happened after two working days?
Reply to the bill email with your payment confirmation, and we'll trace it.
