To avoid delays when supporting documentation is required, you have three options, depending on the scenario. 

Option 1

If you are expecting an incoming transfer from a new counterparty or initiating an outgoing transfer for which you know we will need supporting documentation, you can submit the relevant documents directly to the team.

Contact us via the Help page in your account dashboard or submit a request here.

Option 2

When sending an outgoing transfer, you can attach supporting documentation on the Payment description page by clicking the Add file button:

If you attempt to initiate a transaction via the Payset platform and we require supporting documentation, you will see a notice next to the transaction: "Supporting documents required."

Click on the transaction to view the details and click "Submit files:"

You can also submit files via the "Transaction status" tab:

Once you click "Submit files" you'll see all the requirements listed on the "Upload documents" page:

To ensure we can process your transaction as quickly as possible, please respond promptly to any requests for further information.

To download an account statement from your Payset account, follow the four steps below.

1. From the Home section of your account dashboard, select the account you would like to view:

2. Click More and select Account statement:

3. Select the statement type, date range, and format:

4. Click Generate and download – Your statement will open after around 3 seconds in a separate window.

Once you have an account, you can view your account details from your dashboard via the following steps.

From the Home section of your account dashboard, choose the currency account you would like to view:

From here you have two options: Click Account details or More:From here, you can either copy the details to paste elsewhere or download them as a PDF:

*Note that banking details differ between local and international payment rails. Be sure to select the right one before retrieving your account details:

To change the password for your Payset account, follow the four steps below.

1. In the upper left corner of your account dashboard, click the downward arrow and select Manage Account:

2. Select Password:

3. Enter your current password and click Continue:

4. Enter your new password and confirm:

At Payset, we take any potential instance of fraud extremely seriously. 

If you suspect your account has been the target of fraud, including unauthorised access to your account dashboard, an unauthorised transaction, or unauthorised use of your password or other security details, please contact our anti-fraud team immediately and we will investigate and advise you as to the next steps.

You can do so by emailing antifraud@payset.io or contacting us via the help page in your account dashboard. 

Please note that any delay in notifying Payset could result in you being liable for any losses associated with the transactions in question.

Meanwhile, if you suspect your account has been compromised in any way, you should change your password immediately.
